Nothing like waking up fom a nice nap on the couch to find Pricilla, Queen of the Desert on the telly.

Think I may go back to sleep now that the ping pong ball scene is over.

My absolute fav flaming Queen movie is 'Too Wong Foo: Thanks For Everything Julie Newmar' There's style, class, epitome of true ladylike manners, some trash and just enough angst to make it fun.

Priscilla Queen of the Desert....WAY too much angst, darkness and despair for me.

I mean I know it's a rough journey for any gal who takes that path...but...DAMN do they have to make it so dark and sad?!?

I know some Queens and am PROUD to call them my friends. Gracious they make born with all the equipment females look like mud fences!

I take it you're not a fan of ABBA.

Oh no, I have ABBA Gold. I just get amused when the old queen turns off Fernando halfway through:)

I got Gerry to watch both movies, and he said hands down Too Wong Foo was THE best. Also said, and I quote, "Those ladies taught some valuable lessons."

See even Gerry, as old and set in his ways as he was, felt that Queens were to be considered ladies. *beaming*
