Ah, who unleashed the drama beast?

I get home this morning to this bon mot from duskrider3740... (And since it's posted in a public post, I feel free to repost it here.)

Agreeing to sleep with my ex-husband behind my back was bad enough, but making a private argument between you and a couple of friends public is infinately worse, especially when you know that at least ONE of their friends is still on your F-list! Let's start at the very beginning.

I really don't care what you think about me.

You and Matt were about a week from separating when the worst 3 minutes of sex I ever had occured.

There was no private arguement that I heard about. I emailed a mutual friend comments from a rant directed at him IN MY JOURNAL to prove, unlike what I'd been hearing, his friends still do care about him. It was NOT my fault it touched off an arguement.

If iuchiyoshi chooses to blame me for that arguement, and feels I am more of his husband's friend than I am both of their friends, so be it. If he wants to defriend me because he no longer feels obligated to be my friendsince his bf left LJ, so be it.

I refuse to delve into personally attacking you, as you did to me, and completely unprovoked at that. Given that we haven't even spoken in any medium outside of rare comments on LJ in over 6 years, I'm not sure whether to laugh at this piece of attempted character assasination or enshrine it in the troll hall of fame.

Now then, should anyone else feel the dire need to defriend me or tell my I'm not a true friend because I air occasional dirty laundry in my journal, feel free to do so. The comments section is open, just let me know on your way out.

As for defriending.... I don't think so. You're not going anywhere *hides roll of duct tape* I might not comment all that much (though I do read) and out of everyone I've met here in 6 years I find that you're not afraid to speak your mind - regardless what others have to say. I just more people were like-minded.

EXCUSE ME? What the hell is her problem? Other than being totally paranoid that someone, somewhere, might be having more fun than her! Oh and probably feeling completely freaked out that her EX would actually swing in that direction. Boo fucking hoo. Dumb broad.

Who the hells business is it if you want to sleep with some guy, and decide it was completely dismal sex? NO ONES BUSINESS but your own, and she should take a flying leap off a short pier! No one can dictate what you do with your life....just yourself to decide if it's right for you or not. And from your comments, I'd say he had been a poor choice.

If she doesn't like "her" dirty laundry being aired, than she shouldn't have pushed the issue in the first place.

The girl in question is a bit of a drama queen, or at least she was 6 years ago when I last talked to her. The fact that she decided to insert herself into a discussion that had absolutely nothing to do with her and then make arguements that had nothing to do with the post in question tends to reinforce that.

Drama queen is an understatement. I knew she and Matt were doomed when he hit on me IN FRONT OF HER at Kitsu's funeral back in '98. I stayed well away from them after that.

Even tho I was at one time friendly with her now-husband, the last time I ran into them at Half Price Books last year and said hi, she gave me a dirty look and turned around and left with him in tow, even tho I was obviously with my own hunny.

As if it's my fault she married a sleazebag and is now paranoid of all "potential competition."

And Gonk forbid you talk about whatever the hell you want in your own journal. Your candor is one of the reasons I keep reading.

I hadn't heard that particular story, although it doesn't surprise me. Particularly since Matt at one point tried to convince me he was a cross between Gambit and Buffy, even going to the extent of throwing twigs at vampires only he could see up by the cadaver cemetary at WSU.

Which is why I have to question my judgement on doing anything at all with him.

I'm kind of under the impression she's the whole reason she's unhappy.

And I'm kind of amazed how many folks have made similar remarks about my candor and outspokenness. I'm really quite milquetoast;)

The Gambit bit is actually Glenn (my adopted dad)'s fault. I had to remind him that it was a bad idea to play with the minds of imbeciles because of the lasting effects, but by then it was too late.

Of course, we convinced another full-grown adult that a fire hydrant was actually a goblin or some other dark denizen once too, just waiting for them to go out in the parking lot in the dark where no one could witness the atrocity and when their lifeless corpse was found in the morning, it would just be blamed on Dayton's gang problem.

Some gamers will believe ANYTHING and have a difficult time discerning fantasy from reality, especially at 2 a.m.....

Fucking with people's minds is too damn easy sometimes. Especially when you just tell them what they want to hear and they eat it up with a shovel.
