You will need:
1 pound of bacon
1 packet of Ranch Dressing powder
4 8oz pkgs of cream cheese
1 8-12 oz pkg shredded cheese (use whatever you like, I used sharp cheddar)

Put the bacon on a cookie sheet (or sheets) and bake it in the oven til crispy. Unwrap the cream cheese and put it in a bowl to soften (I set it on the counter next to my oven while the bacon is cooking to aid in the softening process). When the cream cheese is soft, add the ranch powder and mix very well (stand mixers are REAL handy for this part). Add crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Shape into a ball and roll in shredded cheese or serve as a spread from a dish with crackers or just stick your face in the bowl and snarf.

Given it's one of the few cheeseballs I've found that doesn't have Worcestershire sauce in it...

Huh...learn something every day! And I learned two things today. How to get Math Equation Editor to tag onto my task bar, and most cheeseball recipes have Worcestershire in them.
